1.The agreement and the operator

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Primalrips.com and any related application, account, purchase, card-management, or support service that expressly incorporates them (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Slingshot Holdings, trading as PrimalRips ("PrimalRips," "we," "us," or "our"). "You" means the individual accessing or using the Services.

By selecting an acceptance box or button that clearly refers to these Terms when registering or placing an order, you agree to them. We make the Terms available before acceptance and provide a way to retain them. Merely visiting the website does not constitute consent to optional marketing, biometric processing, or other processing requiring separate consent. Purchases and account features requiring an agreement are unavailable unless you accept the relevant Terms.

These Terms include the transaction-specific information presented before you confirm an order, buyback, shipment, or withdrawal, including the price, identified seller or buyer, material restrictions, fees, and timing. Separate promotion rules or feature terms apply only when disclosed and accepted where required. Mandatory law prevails over all contractual terms. A specifically identified transaction term prevails over a general term only to the extent of its disclosed subject matter; a later website change does not rewrite a completed transaction.

Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling. It does not create blanket consent to processing or waive statutory privacy rights. Please read these Terms carefully, particularly the provisions on random allocation, valuation, storage, payments, refunds, and disputes. Keep copies of transaction confirmations and the version of the Terms you accepted.

2.Key definitions

A Card is an identifiable physical collectible trading card, including a graded or ungraded card as described in its listing. A Pack is the particular randomized card-allocation product described on its purchase screen. An online Pack need not be an original manufacturer-sealed pack; the listing must identify what is being sold and how many physical Cards it allocates.

A Rip is the digital opening or reveal associated with a Pack. An Allocation is our confirmed assignment of identified physical Cards to your account following a valid purchase. A reveal animation is a display, not a separate source of ownership rights or a second selection process. Your Collection is the account record of Cards allocated to you and not subsequently shipped, sold, or otherwise transferred by your valid instruction.

A Custodian is a vault or storage provider engaged to hold Cards. A Buyback is a separate, optional sale of a Card by you to the buyer identified in an offer. Cash Balance means eligible monetary funds recorded in your account, including cash buyback proceeds where that feature is supported. Promotional Credit means a separately identified, non-cash benefit governed by its disclosed promotion rules. A label alone cannot remove rights that the law attaches to purchased or monetary value.

3.Eligibility, locations, and responsible use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you reside or access the Services, and legally able to enter this agreement. The Services are for your own lawful use. Accounts may not be opened for, shared with, or used by a minor, even with a parent's permission.

Restrictions may differ by feature. You must provide your actual residence and relevant location information and must not use a VPN, proxy, false address, or another technique to circumvent restrictions. Access to an informational page does not establish eligibility to transact.

We may restrict a feature where required by law, payment-provider rules, sanctions obligations, or a substantiated risk assessment. A change does not automatically extinguish existing Card ownership or a lawful entitlement to funds. We will provide an appropriate resolution for affected existing transactions, subject to binding legal restrictions. You must not transact in violation of applicable sanctions or use funds or assets you are not legally entitled to use.

Randomized purchases can produce Cards worth less than the Pack price. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose in value, treat purchases as income, or rely on future resale proceeds. Contact contact@primalrips.com to request an account purchase restriction or closure. We explain the scope and implementation of a requested restriction and do not represent that it extends to unrelated platforms. Nothing here asserts that a randomized product or buyback model is lawful in every jurisdiction merely because physical Cards are involved.

4.Accounts, verification, and security

Provide accurate registration information and keep your contact, eligibility, and payment details current. Unless we authorize otherwise, maintain one personal account and do not sell, lend, transfer, or operate an account for someone else. A separately approved business account requires the additional business terms and verification disclosed at registration.

Protect your credentials and use available security features. Notify contact@primalrips.com promptly of suspected unauthorized activity. You are responsible for your own authorized use and failures to take reasonable account-security precautions, but you are not automatically liable for every unauthorized transaction regardless of cause. Statutory payment protections and our responsibility for our own security failures are not waived.

We may require proportionate age, identity, address, payment-ownership, tax, or other eligibility verification, particularly before a transaction, delivery, or payout presenting a relevant risk. Requirements may include a government identification document, proof of address, or a check performed by a disclosed provider. We explain material verification requirements before you commit funds when reasonably foreseeable. Any regulated biometric process requires its own legally sufficient notice and consent; agreeing to these Terms does not supply that consent.

Pending a required check or a credible fraud investigation, we may limit only the activities reasonably affected. We request information relevant to the issue, provide a way to respond, and explain the status or decision unless prohibited by law or doing so would compromise security. Verification failure can prevent further use, but does not automatically transfer your Cards or forfeit your money. Existing rights are resolved through lawful return, cancellation, payout, or another permitted process. We do not require unlimited unrelated background investigations as a condition of ordinary browsing.

5.What a Pack purchase provides

Before purchase, the Pack screen must identify the price and currency, number and nature of Cards allocated, any material condition or grading limitations, allocation method, available probability information, and whether highlighted Cards are examples or currently eligible inventory. Taxes and unavoidable charges must be disclosed at the legally required stage. Images may be representative only when that is clearly stated; the description of an allocated Card remains binding.

A Pack purchase entitles you to the stated physical Card allocation, not merely a chance to receive an item if we later choose to fulfill it. The particular Card is not known in advance unless the product expressly says otherwise. We do not promise a minimum value, specific character, player, rarity, grading result, or financial return unless the offer expressly makes that commitment.

Third-party grading reflects the identified grader's assessment at the time of grading. The listing must distinguish raw and graded Cards, identify material known defects, and not suggest a certification we cannot substantiate. Ordinary differences in screen color do not excuse shipment of a different card, false grading information, or a materially inaccurate description.

6.Random allocation, odds, and completion

The allocation process uses the method described for that Pack. The purchase screen must explain whether published probabilities apply to individual Cards or categories, whether selection is weighted, and whether the relevant inventory is finite, refreshed, or replenished. Do not infer equal odds for all displayed Cards. Published estimates must be identified as estimates; an advertised guaranteed minimum is not an estimate.

Available inventory and probabilities can change between purchases. The applicable product rules and disclosed odds are those confirmed for your purchase. Where a material change occurs before confirmation, we require you to review the updated terms before proceeding. Removing an allocated Card from a pool, adding inventory, or reintroducing a bought-back Card may change later odds; none changes a completed allocation retrospectively.

Animation speed, tapping, sound, visual near-misses, and previous outcomes do not improve your chance unless an actual input affecting selection is explicitly disclosed beforehand. Past outcomes do not promise future results. We will not represent the system as independently audited, certified, or "provably fair" unless the specific claim is accurate and supporting information is available.

An order is accepted when we confirm successful payment and the corresponding allocation or other stated order acceptance. A payment authorization alone is not a completed allocation. If payment succeeds but the display is interrupted, the valid server-side transaction record can complete the reveal; do not repeatedly purchase to recover a missing display. Contact support with the transaction reference.

Where we cannot complete the promised allocation, we release the authorization or refund the affected payment promptly as required by law. Where a Pack allocates multiple Cards, the confirmation identifies the complete allocation. Error correction is governed by Section 19; a valuable legitimate outcome is not a malfunction simply because it is unfavorable to PrimalRips.

7.Ownership and physical backing

Subject to a valid, paid transaction and the specific error procedures in these Terms, ownership of each allocated Card passes to you when we confirm its Allocation to your account. Ownership does not depend on subsequently requesting shipment. We must have title or authority sufficient to transfer the Card and arrange for it to be held for you. A digital record does not authorize us to sell an unavailable Card or allocate the same ownership interest to multiple users.

Your Collection must identify the Card with sufficient specificity, such as a unique inventory reference and, where applicable, its grading certification number. PrimalRips or the Custodian maintains records distinguishing customer-owned Cards from inventory available for sale. Cards already allocated to you may not be resold, pledged, or used to settle PrimalRips' debts without your separate lawful authorization. Pool inventory supplied by a third party must be released from conflicting rights before the promised ownership transfer.

You authorize us to instruct the Custodian to hold your Card and act on your valid shipment or transfer instructions. We remain responsible for our contractual obligations even when a provider performs custody or fulfillment. A provider's limitations do not automatically become your agreement or eliminate mandatory remedies. If a different entity is to be your seller or direct custodian under a separate contract, its identity, role, and applicable terms must be disclosed and accepted before the relevant transaction.

Ownership of a physical Card does not transfer copyrights, trademarks, image rights, or other intellectual property depicted on it. The account record is not represented as a blockchain token, security, or ownership in PrimalRips or a pooled investment. No insurance, trust, insolvency protection, or regulatory status is created merely by referring to a "vault."

8.Storage, custody, and collection management

We take reasonable care in selecting and managing custody arrangements and safeguarding Cards. Any statement about insurance must accurately describe the relevant cover, material exclusions or limits, and claims process; do not assume every loss is insured or that you are a named insured.

Free storage, where offered, is limited only by the conditions disclosed before you rely on it. New or increased recurring storage fees require at least 30 days' advance notice, or a longer legally required period, and a reasonable opportunity to request delivery or another available resolution before the new fees apply. No recurring storage charge is authorized merely because you once saved a payment method; any separate payment mandate required by law must be obtained.

Unless you separately select an expressly disclosed automatic-sell feature with legally valid consent, we do not automatically buy back, liquidate, or replace your Card with credit because a short holding period has expired. Non-use, suspension, or forgetting a Card in storage does not by itself surrender ownership.

Where lawful storage charges remain unpaid, we notify you, provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, and use only remedies permitted by applicable law and the agreed storage terms. Any lawful sale, lien enforcement, or abandoned-property process requires its applicable notices and protections, including accounting for proceeds and returning any surplus where required. We do not treat account closure as authorization to confiscate property.

You can request delivery of eligible Cards through the account or support route. Transfers between accounts, external vault transfers, and user-to-user sales are available only if expressly supported. A proposed transfer may require verification and a separate disclosed fee. Do not assume a third-party marketplace can access or sell a Card held through PrimalRips.

9.Card values and price information

A displayed estimated value is an estimate, not a guaranteed sale price or an offer to purchase. The interface must describe its valuation basis sufficiently to distinguish recent comparable sales, listed asking prices, third-party feeds, and operator estimates, and indicate when the value was last updated or its relevant valuation period.

Values can be affected by grade, language, edition, condition, grading company, liquidity, fees, and market movement. Sparse comparable sales may make an estimate uncertain. A Pack price can exceed the value of the Card you receive. An expected value or category range, when supplied, describes the disclosed model or population and does not guarantee an individual outcome.

We do not provide investment, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee appreciation, resale liquidity, or a permanent buyback market. A confirmed Buyback price is governed by its accepted offer, rather than a later change to the displayed estimate.

10.Optional buybacks

We may offer to buy a Card or display an offer from an identified third-party buyer. Availability, eligibility, pricing, and offer duration vary. There is no standing promise to repurchase a Card at its Pack price, at a percentage of estimated value, or at any other price unless a specific binding offer expressly says so.

Before acceptance, the offer identifies the buyer, Card, gross price, deductions, net proceeds, currency, expiry, and whether proceeds are cash eligible for withdrawal or only Promotional Credit. It must also disclose any known verification condition and expected settlement period. Cash and promotional offers must be clearly distinguished. We do not advertise an offer as cash if its only redemption is future purchases.

You accept by using the designated confirmation step. For an immediate-settlement offer, ownership transfers when acceptance is confirmed and the agreed proceeds are irrevocably credited or paid. For a later-settling offer, the Card can be reserved against conflicting shipment or sale instructions, but ownership remains yours until settlement under the disclosed terms. If a required condition is not satisfied or settlement fails, we explain the issue and release the reservation unless a lawful hold applies.

Once a valid offer has been accepted and its stated conditions satisfied, we cannot reduce its price merely because the market changes or we prefer a different valuation. A Buyback is a separate sale and is not automatically a refund of the original Pack. Statutory rights concerning the original transaction remain where they apply, with appropriate prevention of double recovery.

A Card bought back may later be offered in another Pack, subject to accurate inventory and probability disclosures. You cannot ship, sell, or pledge a Card after ownership has validly transferred away from you.

11.Prices, payments, balances, and taxes

Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Before payment, we disclose the total payable, applicable taxes and fees, and any material currency-conversion terms controlled by us. Your bank or payment provider may impose separate charges under its own agreement. We do not invent a favorable exchange rate or promise a conversion rate we do not control.

Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. By confirming payment, you authorize the specified charge through the designated provider, not unrelated future charges. Deposits, payment-method storage, subscriptions, or other recurring payments require the separate disclosures and authorization applicable to that feature. There is no subscription merely from creating an account.

Payment and payout providers may impose their own lawful checks and processing requirements. Their relevant terms are made available in the transaction flow. Unless expressly disclosed otherwise before purchase, PrimalRips remains your counterparty for the Pack; using a processor does not make it the seller of the Cards.

Where account balances are enabled, cash deposits, cash buyback proceeds, refunds, and Promotional Credit must be distinguished. The balance screen and pre-deposit information identify which amounts are spendable, withdrawable, pending, restricted, or promotional; the currency; any applicable limits; and the order in which balances are used. We do not retroactively convert a Cash Balance into nonwithdrawable credit or impose a requirement to make additional Pack purchases to release money already eligible for payout.

Do not assume that an account balance is a bank account, earns interest, or is insured. A website label cannot override any payment-services, stored-value, safeguarding, or consumer law that applies to the underlying arrangement. Unsupported deposits or person-to-person money transfers are not permitted.

Report an apparent billing error or unauthorized payment promptly to contact@primalrips.com and your payment provider where appropriate. Nothing here shortens a statutory dispute period or prohibits a legitimate chargeback. We may investigate the affected transaction and apply a proportionate hold, but we do not charge a penalty merely because you exercise a payment right. Any recovery of genuine loss or provider charges must have a lawful basis and not duplicate a refund or other recovery.

We collect and remit taxes when required of us. You remain responsible for other legally applicable taxes arising from your own activities. We may request legally necessary taxpayer information and issue required reporting documents. We do not guarantee that a Card sale, credit, payout, or promotion is tax-free.

12.Cash withdrawals and payout timing

Withdrawals are available only for balances expressly identified as eligible and in supported locations. Before confirmation, the payout screen states the available method, currency, amount, fee, net amount, minimum and maximum limits, verification requirements, and expected processing period.

A transaction being "approved," "released," or "sent" does not necessarily mean your bank has received it. We do not promise instantaneous availability unless the specific payout service and status support that statement. A request reference and status are provided so that you can follow progress or raise a complaint.

We may delay a payout for a specific payment-settlement, fraud, identity, sanctions, chargeback, court-order, or other lawful issue. We notify you of the reason category, required steps, and expected review process unless disclosure is legally prohibited or would compromise a legitimate investigation. We reassess holds and do not maintain an unexplained indefinite restriction where no legal or factual basis remains.

A rejected or failed payout does not cancel your entitlement to eligible funds. We retain the amount as payable or return it to the eligible account balance, subject to any lawful hold, and provide a means to correct the destination or select another supported method. Refunds of unused deposits follow the disclosed funding rules and mandatory law; refunding to the original payment method may be required or appropriate.

We disclose changes to payout fees and limits before they apply and do not apply a new fee to an already confirmed request without your agreement or a legal requirement. Closing an account or discontinuing the Services does not by itself authorize withholding eligible funds. Unclaimed funds are handled under applicable unclaimed-property law, not automatically recognized as PrimalRips revenue.

13.Shipping, delivery, and import obligations

Request shipment through the designated account flow or contact@primalrips.com. Provide an accurate deliverable address and any legally required recipient or customs information. Before confirmation, we show the Cards, destination restrictions, shipping and handling charges, applicable taxes or duties collected by us, and estimated dispatch and delivery periods. Any optional insurance or signature service is identified separately.

A shipment request is complete when necessary address, verification, and payment information has been received; we do not leave those requirements undefined to avoid a delivery commitment. Where applicable law starts a shipping deadline earlier, including at the original order, that deadline controls unless a validly disclosed deferred-delivery arrangement is permitted.

If we cannot ship within the promised or legally required time, we provide the required delay notice, revised estimate, and cancellation or refund option, and obtain consent to a delay where required. We do not substitute another Card without your agreement. A carrier estimate is not a guarantee, but carrier involvement does not remove our duties as the contracting seller or fulfillment provider.

We provide tracking where available. You own the Card from Allocation, but, for delivery arranged by us, we bear the risk of transit loss or damage until physical delivery to you or your authorized recipient, except to the extent mandatory law provides stronger protection or a distinct rule for a carrier you independently commission. Incorrect delivery confirmation is not conclusive proof of actual receipt.

Tell support promptly about non-delivery, damage, missing items, or a mismatch. Photographs, packaging, certification numbers, and tracking details can assist an investigation; do not dispose of relevant packaging while a claim is active where reasonably practicable. Failure to report within an arbitrary short period does not waive statutory rights or defeat a claim that could not reasonably have been discovered earlier.

For international delivery, you may be responsible for lawfully applicable import duties, taxes, and customs formalities disclosed before ordering. We do not undervalue shipments or make false customs declarations. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to collect, or unpaid disclosed import charges, we contact you about lawful redelivery costs or another resolution. The Card is not automatically forfeited. See Section 14 for remedies.

14.Cancellations, refunds, and problem resolution

Before completion. You may request cancellation before Allocation. If we can stop the transaction before the disclosed allocation process completes, we cancel it and release or refund the affected charge. An express statutory cancellation right applies regardless of whether this operational request can be stopped automatically. We do not invite you to buy before revealing that Allocation is immediate.

After a valid reveal. Except for applicable statutory rights, an express refund promise, or an error or failure for which we are responsible, there is no change-of-mind refund solely because the allocated Card is worth less than expected or is not the Card you hoped to receive. This does not eliminate rights concerning an unauthorized payment, misleading odds, a missing Card, a defective or misdescribed item, or another breach.

Mandatory withdrawal and consumer rights. Where a distance-selling withdrawal or other cancellation right applies, we honor it and supply any required pre-contract notice, instructions, and form. A Card does not automatically lose physical-goods protections because its reveal occurred digitally. Any lawful exception must genuinely fit the transaction and be disclosed, with separate express consent or acknowledgment where required. We do not rely on acceptance of these Terms as a blanket waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.

Wrong, damaged, missing, or non-authentic Cards. Contact contact@primalrips.com with the transaction and Card references. We investigate and provide the repair, replacement, refund, compensation, or other remedy required by applicable law and the transaction. Return shipping needed to remedy our fulfillment error or a legally established nonconformity is at our expense. A grading opinion does not excuse a counterfeit item or false certification description.

Failure involving a customer-owned Card. If a Card already owned by you is lost, wrongly sold, or cannot be returned because of a failure for which we are responsible, we do not treat refunding only the Pack price as automatic full satisfaction. Subject to your statutory remedies, we seek an agreed identical or acceptable replacement, or monetary compensation reflecting the legally recoverable loss. Any valuation must consider the actual Card, grade, condition, and reliable market evidence; you may challenge it through the complaint and dispute process. We cannot force acceptance of a different Card or Promotional Credit as the sole remedy.

Refund method and timing. Approved monetary refunds are returned to the original payment method where feasible and lawful, or another agreed lawful method. We do not require store credit in place of a legally required monetary refund. Refunds and other remedies account for any Card or proceeds you retain so that neither party receives duplicate recovery, without restricting mandatory rights.

15.Promotions, referrals, and rewards

Launch offer. A person who joins the Primal Rips waitlist before the Service is publicly available receives one free Pack when the Service becomes publicly available. The offer allows one free Pack per person and per email address. To receive it, you open an account with the email address that joined the list and meet the eligibility rules of Section 3. The free Pack follows the same allocation, odds, ownership, and custody rules as any other Pack. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Promotions, referral offers, free credits, and loyalty features are governed by their terms disclosed before participation, including sponsor, eligibility, benefit, expiration where lawful, permitted use, and any material restrictions. A purchase-linked random promotion, contest, or sweepstakes requires separate legally reviewed rules; these Terms are not those rules.

Promotional Credit is not withdrawable cash unless the promotion expressly says otherwise. Purchased credits and cash proceeds may not be reclassified as promotional merely to impose expiry or avoid refund and unclaimed-property obligations. We identify any spending-order rules before redemption and do not obscure a cash balance behind a combined promotional total.

We may correct genuine duplicate rewards or disqualify substantiated self-referral, fake-account, or other promotion abuse under disclosed rules. Remedies must be proportionate to the abuse and do not authorize confiscating unrelated Cards or legitimate funds. Referral and influencer promotions must include legally required material-connection disclosures. Permission to receive marketing is separate from accepting a reward unless a lawful, clearly explained incentive program provides otherwise.

16.Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to commit fraud, launder money, breach sanctions, infringe rights, harass others, or make unlawful purchases. Do not impersonate another person, submit forged documents, use stolen payment credentials, circumvent age or location controls, exploit a vulnerability or pricing error knowingly, manipulate allocation or valuation systems, or collude to abuse a promotion.

Do not access another account without permission, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or availability, evade transaction limits through multiple accounts, or scrape nonpublic data. Automated purchasing, bots, and other machine access require our written authorization unless an applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted. Do not reverse engineer protected software except to the extent a nonwaivable legal right permits it.

Report a suspected vulnerability privately to contact@primalrips.com. Do not exploit it, access unrelated personal data, or publish sensitive exploit details before responsible coordination. A good-faith report does not by itself justify forfeiting property. Nothing in these Terms prohibits lawful criticism, honest reviews, reporting suspected wrongdoing to authorities, or exercising legal rights.

17.Intellectual property and user content

The Services' software, design, branding, and original content belong to PrimalRips or the relevant rights holders. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Services for their intended lawful purpose while you comply with these Terms. You may not imply that PrimalRips is affiliated with a card manufacturer, sports league, player, grading company, or other brand unless such an affiliation is accurately disclosed. Third-party marks remain their owners' property.

You retain ownership of content you submit. For reviews, profile content, or other material you deliberately publish through the Services, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it as reasonably needed to operate that feature and make it available to its intended audience. That license does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your name, image, or testimonial without any additional permission required by law.

Private support communications, identity documents, and payment information are not public user content and are handled under the Privacy Policy. Public content may remain in limited backups, evidence records, or lawful copies after removal, but the operating license ends when no longer needed for those purposes. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, or infringing content with an appropriate reporting and review process; we do not suppress an honest negative review merely because it is unfavorable.

You may voluntarily provide nonconfidential product feedback, which we may use without compensation. This does not transfer your rights in unrelated inventions or confidential information. Send intellectual-property complaints to contact@primalrips.com, identifying the protected work or right, challenged material, its location, your contact details, and the basis for the complaint.

18.Privacy and third-party services

We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Verification, marketing, cookie, and similar choices requiring specific consent are not bundled into a general agreement to these Terms. You must also respect other users' privacy and may not use information obtained through the Services for unauthorized contact or tracking.

Third-party sign-in services, payment interfaces, social platforms, or external websites may have separate agreements. We identify material third-party contractual roles before the transaction where relevant. A link is not an endorsement of every third-party statement. We do not exclude our own contractual responsibility merely because we selected a third party to perform part of it.

19.Availability, errors, and technical corrections

The Services may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents, network issues, or other operational reasons. We take reasonable steps to protect records, reconcile interrupted transactions, and communicate material disruptions. Screens and animations are not more authoritative than a complete, accurate transaction record, but a record can itself be challenged and corrected.

If there is a substantiated pricing, inventory, allocation, duplicate-credit, or other material error, we may temporarily pause the affected activity, investigate, and apply a proportionate lawful correction. We explain the affected transaction and proposed remedy unless law or security needs prevent disclosure. We do not claim an unrestricted right to rewrite any completed result without evidence or to avoid all liability for our mistakes.

Where a valid transaction can be fulfilled, we preserve it. Where a transaction must lawfully be reversed, we restore the affected payment and property positions as closely as reasonably possible, subject to mandatory remedies and no double recovery. We do not choose reversals solely according to whether a user received an unusually valuable Card. A legitimate dispute over an error may be raised through support and Section 23.

Do not knowingly spend or transfer an obvious duplicate credit or exploit a malfunction. Notify support so it can be reconciled. We may recover property or funds genuinely received without entitlement using lawful means, not indiscriminate setoff against unrelated assets or unsupported claims.

20.Suspension, closure, and discontinuation

We may suspend or restrict access for a material breach, substantiated security or fraud concern, failed eligibility requirement, legal order, or another lawful reason reasonably connected to the Services. We use measures proportionate to the issue, provide notice and an opportunity to resolve it where appropriate, and explain available review through contact@primalrips.com. Immediate action without advance notice may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.

You may request account closure at any time. Before closure, arrange delivery or another valid disposition of your Cards and payout or lawful refund of eligible balances. Outstanding legal holds or disputes may delay a specific disposition, but do not justify treating all property as forfeited. We provide an alternative support channel if ordinary account access is disabled.

If we discontinue a material feature or the entire Services, we give reasonable advance notice where feasible and a process for completing outstanding orders, returning Cards, and paying or refunding amounts due. A sudden legal or security restriction may limit advance notice, but does not extinguish those obligations. We do not automatically convert property or cash into Promotional Credit on closure.

Provisions necessary to resolve outstanding ownership, payments, records, disputes, intellectual property, and legal obligations survive closure. Continued retention of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, not an unlimited right to retain everything because these Terms survive.

21.Warranties and limits on liability

We undertake to provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and to fulfill the descriptions and express commitments applicable to your purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, future Card prices, universal market liquidity, a particular random outcome, or a future Buyback offer.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties concerning the website and software that are not expressly provided in these Terms. This exclusion does not override the agreed description, title, authenticity representations, custody duties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not mean physical goods can be misdescribed or delivered without a legally required remedy.

Excluded categories of loss. Subject to the exceptions below and only to the extent lawful, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect or consequential loss, lost business opportunities, or speculative lost profits. An amount owed, loss of your identified Card, or a required refund is not made "indirect" merely by describing it that way. For consumers, we remain responsible for loss that applicable law requires us to compensate, including reasonably foreseeable loss where that is the governing standard.

General monetary cap. Subject to the following exceptions, PrimalRips' aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the greater of US$100 or the total amounts you paid to PrimalRips for purchases and service fees during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, excluding unspent deposits and funds merely held for you.

Exceptions. The exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability that applicable law does not allow to be restricted, or our obligation to account for and return your Cards or money. They also do not cap legally recoverable compensation for a customer-owned Card lost, damaged, misappropriated, or wrongfully disposed of through a failure for which we are responsible. Mandatory privacy, consumer, and payment remedies remain available to the extent they cannot lawfully be limited.

These limitations apply only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction. You do not waive the right to seek an injunction, make a regulatory complaint, bring a permitted collective claim, or obtain another remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.

22.Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse PrimalRips for reasonable, documented losses and defense costs resulting from a third-party claim directly caused by your fraud, intentional unlawful conduct, or knowing infringement through content you submit. This is not an unlimited indemnity for merely using the Services, for our own fault, or for a claim you bring in good faith against us.

We provide prompt notice of a covered claim, allow reasonable participation in its defense, and take reasonable steps to mitigate loss. We do not agree to a settlement imposing an admission, nonmonetary obligation, or unreasonable cost on you without your consent. For consumers, this section applies only where fair and lawful and does not displace mandatory statutory rules.

23.Complaints, governing law, and disputes

For an operational complaint, contact contact@primalrips.com with the account or transaction reference, a description, and your requested resolution. For a formal dispute, send a notice to contact@primalrips.com. Do not send sensitive credentials. We acknowledge and investigate complaints within the time required by law and aim to resolve a formal dispute through good-faith discussions within 30 days of receipt.

The informal process is not a mandatory barrier to urgent relief, a payment dispute, a regulatory complaint, a small claim, or another legally protected action. To the extent lawful, both parties agree not to rely on the 30-day discussion period to argue that a claim expired during that period. No shorter contractual limitation period is imposed by these Terms.

A consumer may bring proceedings in their home courts where applicable law gives that right, and we will bring proceedings against a consumer only in a forum permitted by that law.

No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms. Either party may agree to mediation or arbitration after a dispute arises, but neither is required to do so by this document. Any future proposal for pre-dispute arbitration requires a separate, appropriately disclosed and legally valid agreement; it does not apply retroactively merely because a link or an updated policy is posted.

24.Changes and other general terms

Updates. We may update these Terms for a legitimate operational, legal, or security reason. We state the effective date and provide at least 30 days' notice of a material adverse change where feasible, or any longer legally required notice. An urgent change needed to comply with law or prevent harm may take effect sooner with appropriate notice. Where assent is required, we obtain it. Completed transactions and accrued rights remain governed by the accepted terms, except for a change required by law or separately agreed to by you.

Notices and records. We send service notices through the account or the contact details you provide, using another legally required method where necessary. Keep your details current. A failed email is not automatically treated as actual receipt for every legal purpose. You may request a copy of these Terms and transaction records available to you through contact@primalrips.com. Electronic acceptance and records have the effect permitted by applicable law; any separate statutory electronic-delivery consent is obtained when required.

Assignment. You may not transfer an account or this agreement without our consent, except where law provides otherwise. We may transfer the agreement as part of a legitimate corporate transaction, provided the transfer does not reduce your contractual or mandatory rights, the successor can perform the relevant obligations, and required notice or consent is supplied. Customer Cards and funds are not treated as our saleable corporate assets merely because the business is transferred.

Events outside reasonable control. Neither party is responsible for a delay caused by an event genuinely outside its reasonable control to the extent the law permits, provided reasonable mitigation and communication steps are taken. This does not erase payment, property-return, safeguarding, refund, or consumer obligations that continue under applicable law. Ordinary lack of inventory or working capital is not automatically such an event.

Entire agreement; severability; waiver. These Terms and the properly incorporated transaction and feature terms form the agreement on their subject matter. They do not exclude liability for fraud or erase a binding pre-contract representation where law protects it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues only to the extent it can lawfully and fairly operate. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver. No third party receives enforcement rights except where expressly provided or required by law.

Language. The English version is the reference version unless a local-language contract or mandatory law requires otherwise. A translation or reference-language clause does not deprive a consumer of rights to receive information in a legally required language or an interpretation required by law.
